NUTRITION COACHING

Everyone is so unique.  The worst coaches out there will tell you to eat like them if you want to look like them . We teach you how to take accountability for your own health and to find a long-term sustainable approach.  We also will teach you how to take a realistic approach while living in a modern world. 

What diet should I do? 

There's keto, vegan, paleo, and now the carnivore diet...what should I do?

We live in a world where we are overloaded with information.  We may see something and want to try that diet.  And then when it doesn't work for us - we are onto the next thing to see if that will work.  We get stuck in this cycle of constantly trying the next thing without ever just trusting ourselves.  We know what's best for ourselves - we just have to have the awareness and support to allow ourselves to get there.

If we are living in reality and truly embodied, we can make choices that are authentic

to ourselves and not just because we saw someone else do it.  

​

This is what we will help you to do: 

 - Learn what your body responds best to 

- Understanding your emotions and behavioral patterns surrounding food - 

- Learn how to prepare better while living in a modern world - 

- The hierarchy of needs, while living a very busy lifestyle -

 - Allowing ourselves to enjoy social settings without feeling restricted - 

- Understanding that nutrition should be cyclical - 

- Learning our roadblocks and how to navigate these while taking responsibility -

Really, at the end of the day, we are here to support and guide you into ultimately

coming back to your self and revealing all the information your body already knows.

THE TEAM MCPHERSON APPROACH

GETTING STARTED

 We start with a pre-questionnaire where we will gather some initial information about your current and past history.  We will then do a 90-minute nutrition consultation where we will go through goals, roadblocks, etc.

POST-CONSULT 
INFORMATION

After our intiial consultation, we will deliver a post-consultation email that will have specific support for your current situation.  This will include recipes, a food plan example and more! â€‹

​

BALANCE

Life isn't fun when you feel like you can't participate.  We will teach you how to fuel your body, but to also find alternatives or fit in your favorite foods to your meal plan so that you not only reach your goals, but can live life too!

SUPPLEMENTS

We will make recommendations on how supplements can help fill in the gaps on your nutrition.  This includes things like electrolytes, protein powders, etc.
